Responsibilities

Responsible for the daily and regular strategic management of IT hardware (Ends user, Server & Network Infrastructure assets) for Non Integrated Entities.
This includes planning, monitoring, and recording hardware assets to ensure compliance.
Develop and implement procedures for tracking company assets to oversee quality control throughout their lifecycles.
Manage and monitor the asset management system to ensure IT asset data is captured, recorded, and updated in a timely manner.
Assist with the development and implementation of processes and procedures that are consistent with industry best practices for tracking assets through the asset lifecycle.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in business, IT or related field
Strong knowledge of IT hardware (Ends user, Server & Network Infrastructure assets)
5 or more years experience working in IT Asset Management
Proven ability and experience in executing strategic asset management processes successfully
Strong ability to carry out assigned tasks independently with little supervision
Excellent at performing multiple tasks at the same time without error
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Superior attention to detail & Strong documentation skills
Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
Good understanding of hardware asset management policies, procedures and best practices
Moderate to Advanced experience using MS Excel, SQL and similar tools
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and present results to business leaders

Preferred

Knowledge of IT Service Management processes
Experience with Discovery tool
IAITAM Certification, such as CHAMP, CSAM, and CITAM
Good understanding of data center infrastructure and end user technology environments
