Responsibilities

Thoroughly review and edit all Annual Reports to ensure accuracy.

Verify and update the due dates in our system.

Ensure all necessary information required for filing is complete.

Conduct comprehensive review and editing of all BOIs.

Validate and update due dates in our system.

Confirm the availability of all essential information required for filing.

Initiate Requests for Information (RFIs) to clients to obtain any missing sensitive data.

Ensure timely and effective communication with clients to expedite the collection process.

Collect information provided by clients and organize it for further processing.

Initiate necessary actions to advance orders to the subsequent phases of processing.

Conduct timely follow-ups with clients to address any outstanding issues or queries.

Maintain proactive communication to ensure smooth progress of tasks.

Maintain and organize email inbox efficiently.

Provide responsive and professional customer service support to clients via email and phone when required.
