Responsibilities
Gather business requirements for GenAI solutions focused on contact center automation and enhancement.
Work closely with data engineering teams to define the integration specs necessary for AI model implementations.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to document functional and non-functional requirements for AI-driven customer service enhancements.
Conduct workshops, interviews, and data analysis to understand business needs and define actionable user stories for development.
Ensure all requirements align with organizational goals and strategic objectives.
Assist in the evaluation of AI and data solutions, ensuring feasibility and alignment with project scope.
Identify and document ethical considerations and data governance requirements for AI implementations.

Required
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on AI and data engineering projects.
Strong understanding of Generative AI, particularly in contact center applications.
Experience defining integration specifications for AI-driven solutions.
Familiarity with data engineering processes and requirements documentation.
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.
