Responsibilities
Manage and execute marketing strategies with hands-on experience in at least two of the following channels: (Affiliate Marketing, Google Ads, Paid Social, TV, Direct Mail).
Analyze campaign performance across channels, conducting rigorous testing to uncover insights and making data-driven decisions to optimize ROI.
Manage daily media operations with performance agencies. Ensure campaigns align with our marketing calendar and growth objectives.
Partner with agencies to develop and activate creative assets for online and offline channels, ensuring alignment with brand standards and performance marketing goals.
Work with internal developers and external partners to enhance the eCommerce experience, improve conversion rates, and support online growth initiatives.
Develop and implement testing strategies to validate campaign effectiveness, including A/B testing and creative iterations.
Act as a utility player to lead cross-functional projects, resolve ambiguity, and prioritize high-impact activities. Drive swift progress on initiatives that support company growth goals.
Deliver actionable insights from key metrics and campaign results, presenting clear recommendations to leadership for continuous improvement and strategic growth.

Required
Must reside in the following states: Florida, Tennessee, Georgia, Louisiana, Nevada, Texas, Virginia or Missouri
4-6 years of experience in growth marketing with expertise in at least two of the following channels: Affiliate Marketing, Google Ads, Paid Social, TV, Direct Mail.
Proven results in driving measurable impact across the marketing funnel.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to translate insights into actionable strategies.
Passion for experimentation and optimization to drive scale and continuous improvement.
Skilled in managing and influencing cross-functional teams and agency teams, to deliver quality campaigns that meet objectives, and are delivered on-time and within budget.
Exceptional organizational skills to manage complex projects and keep initiatives on track in a fast-paced environment.
Experience managing creative development and media activations across digital and traditional platforms.
Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and strategies for optimizing user experience and driving conversions.
Entrepreneurial spirit and proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new opportunities for growth.
