Responsibilities
Prepare information needed to market new and renewal business.
Set up new business accounts. Including but not limited to pulling data from submission, exposure, loss history, use of Co-pilot, etc.
Set up renewal accounts by providing renewal comparison, loss runs, new data, etc.
Request missing submission info from brokers.
Follow through on missing information after account has been bound.
Assist with transaction request example confirming invoicing amounts.
Handle Endorsement request to confirm accuracy and processing.
Answer incoming calls.
Be able to multi-task handling multiple accounts daily.
Provide feedback to director on status of accounts and any missing information.
Qualification

Required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Expertise in Microsoft Office, Excel, Adobe
Attention to Detail.
High level of motivation to learn and ask questions.
Willingness to take on challenges and new roles.
Ability to prioritize throughout the day based on accounts, effective dates, types, etc.
Innate organizational skills and focus on personal responsibility.
Remote work with limited office space.
Preferred
Industry and/or Casualty Experience preferred.
RMI Degree if no prior experience or full-time business operations experience
