Responsibilities
Work with internal teams on implementing communications strategies that engage, inspire and connect teammates across the organization with the OneKey MLS Vision, Mission and strategic priorities.
Work with internal teams on implementing communications strategies that engage, inspire and connect consumers, subscribers, potential subscribers, vendors and partners with the OneKey MLS Vision, Mission, and strategic priorities.
Build and proactively manage a calendar of communications events, coordinating with internal teams as needed to execute.
Identify ongoing communications needs and build a future roadmap.
Thoroughly document, review, analyze, and report on plans and assets.
As needed, work with the external public relations team to ensure deliverables are met and that their plans are informed by our social and communications strategies.
Establish a regular communication cadence for the Executive Leadership Team; driving development of executive communications, including contributed content and presentations as needed.
Write and create internal and external communication messages as needed.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure internal communications messages are consistent throughout the organization and align with external communications.
Optimize and manage external and internal communication channels (plan, edit, and write content as needed).
Develop systems and approaches for measuring the performance of communications programs and bringing visibility across the organization to the work.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop, align, and execute social media efforts with campaigns and strategies focused on increasing OneKey MLS’s awareness and engagement. This includes learning about our market and audience personas and identifying the right social channels to engage with.
Create and manage a cohesive social media calendar that includes topics such as OneKey MLS marketing and public relations content, key industry news and events, learning and development content, OneKey MLS culture and employee highlights, and other relevant content.
Ideate, write, and create compelling and shareable content for social media channels.
Coordinate and collaborate with Learning and Marketing teams to leverage existing design assets for social and ensure all content aligns with OneKey MLS brand.
Act as a channel owner, establishing and advising on best practices and overseeing responses and engagement to comments and queries in a timely manner.
Manage social media campaigns from start to finish.
Coordinate internally to incorporate OneKey MLS voices into our social media plans, including creating a strategy that enables OneKey MLS employees to help amplify our social media presence.
Coordinate with internal teams and external PR agency to identify and engage with key industry influencers and accounts, and/or advertising campaigns.
Collaborate with paid advertising agency team as needed on paid social campaigns, analyzing results, and sharing findings.
Setting, monitoring, and providing regular reporting on social media analytics to better inform future efforts.
Host and produce social media live events.
Engage in social listening to stay abreast of timely conversations, events, and brand activations to implement into social efforts.
Stay up to date with latest social media tactics, trends, and platform changes to optimize future efforts.
Monitor cultural moments and digital, competitor, and industry activity and proactively share relevant updates with internal teams.
Document and cross train duties for coverage.
Other duties as assigned.

Required
Experience managing social media for brands or organizations, ideally working within a collaborative marketing team.
Demonstrated success in building and implementing social media content and plans that engage, educate, and deliver results against pre-defined measurement criteria.
Strong writing skills with a knack for short, engaging copy.
Experience with communication plans and strategies.
Deep understanding of social media platforms and analytics.
Ability to work within deadlines with multi-tasking skills.
Strong program and project management skills and the ability to execute cross-functionally on multiple projects with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Exceptional written, verbal, organizational, and presentation/training skills.
Ability to work individually and remotely and to collaborate within a team environment to achieve your goals.
Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Enthusiasm for learning.
Preferred
Experience with HubSpot or other Marketing and Communications platforms.
Knowledge and experience in the real estate technology or real estate professional realm.
