Responsibilities

Handle inbound phone calls and inquiries from clients, providing exceptional customer service and closing sales.
Manage sales support tickets and follow up on potential sales opportunities.
Maintain and organize your sales pipeline and prospects.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively assist clients.
Drive sales and exceed quotas.

Required

Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably with inbound sales experience.
Must reside in the United States.
Availability to work the specified hours (7:00 AM - 4:00 PM PST or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST).
Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.
Personable, customer service-oriented, and self-motivated.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in navigating software applications, databases, and general computer skills is necessary for this position.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
