Responsibilities
Search for, identify, and contact new potential customers
Build and maintain client relationships
Day trips typically 2-3 days each week within a geographic territory for presentations, meetings, and estimates for potential customers
Write priced proposals
Complete occasional property surveys; requires physical fitness in hot, humid conditions
Track and record details and metrics throughout the sales process
Meet and exceed financial goals
Manage all customer interactions from initial meeting through project completion and invoicing
Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape
Communicate regularly in a high-quality manner with a manager

Required
Bachelor’s degree and proven success in business – ideally in sales
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Interpersonal skills and supportive teamwork mentality
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required
Valid driver’s license is required
Must own your own computer and iPhone
Must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement
Preferred
8-10 years of proven sales/business development success
Proficiency in Salesforce and PowerPoint helpful
