Responsibilities

Assist with event preparation and management to drive sales pipeline, conduct venue research, prepare speaker content, coordinate with Sales team pre- and post-event on attendee outreach, etc.
Research and recommend participation in industry events, trade shows, and conferences that align with Sales target criteria and ideal customer profiles
Manage and enhance webinar program, coordinate with internal and external speakers, prepare content, manage promotion efforts, and outline post-event content creation
Enhance Omega’s co-marketing vendor relationships, building and enhancing relationships with strategic and technology partners through the use of live events, webinars, go-to-market campaigns, and other co-marketing efforts
Manage partner market development funds (MDR) program, coordinating with partners to secure and utilize available funds to boost Omega marketing efforts and increase the pipeline for Omega services
Support essential marketing operations initiatives in Hubspot and Salesforce, such as managing the lead lifecycle, lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, and data cleansing
Support other strategic marketing and corporate initiatives as assigned

Required

2-4 years experience in B2B marketing, event management, communications, or related field
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, English or related field
Experience coordinating marketing and sales events
Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and research proficiency
Ability to simplify complex, technical information into a user-friendly format
Strong organizational and project management skills; must be extremely detail-oriented
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
Must be willing to travel to Omega regional offices for team meetings (quarterly) and to various locations for events (as needed)
