Responsibilities
Drive Sales Growth : Identify and pursue new business opportunities while nurturing and expanding existing relationships to meet and exceed revenue goals.
Strategic Account Management : Develop tailored strategies for key accounts, understand client needs, and deliver exceptional solutions that position MooreCo as a partner of choice.
Market Analysis : Keep a pulse on industry trends, competition, and market shifts, providing insights that shape our business development strategies.
Collaboration & Networking : Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align efforts and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand your professional network.
Reporting & Forecasting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline opportunities using CRM software. Provide regular sales forecasts and performance updates to leadership.

Required
5+ years of successful outside sales or business development experience, preferably in the furniture, education, or design industries.
A history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing strong client relationships.
A self-starter mentality with a hunger to build new relationships and close deals.
Excellent Communication Skills: Both verbal and written, with the ability to present confidently to clients and internal teams.
Strong Negotiation Skills: The ability to navigate complex sales cycles and deliver win-win outcomes for clients and MooreCo.
Someone who can analyze the market, identify key trends, and develop winning sales strategies.
This role requires regular travel to meet clients, attend events, and be where the business needs you most.
Familiarity or experience in project management, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and responsibilities effectively.
