Responsibilities
Developing, designing, and implementing effective and engaging employee learning experiences to support organizational goals and objectives
Partnering with training management, department stakeholders, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to properly identify training needs
Creating training deliverables
Supporting analysis and reporting on the outcomes of these learning deliverables concerning the organization’s goals and objectives

Required
Ability to work from home with access to a high-speed internet router
Working knowledge as an instructional designer, using instructional design practices, principles, and methodologies such as ADDIE and Mayer’s Principle
Ability to design and develop e-learning materials such as SCORM files, xAPI files, videos, documents, and more using standard online instructional tools such as Articulate 360, Canva, Microsoft 365, Camtasia, etc.
Experience with training delivery techniques including in-person, virtual classroom facilitation, independent online e-learning, and hybrid models
Efficient computer and software skills including foundational understanding of technology troubleshooting, Microsoft 365 software (especially Word, Teams, and PowerPoint), and experience with utilizing a Learning Management System (LMS)
Strong ability to take complicated topics, especially those related to technology or systemic processes, and communicate them in an effective and achievable manner to learners
Strong time management and organizational skills with ability to successfully manage multiple projects and establish priorities while maintaining attention to detail and delivering high quality and productivity
Flexible with ability to work well under pressure and consistently meet deadlines
Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
Strong ability to think creatively, operating with a solution-driven mindset and can-do attitude in all areas of work
Strong professional collaboration and communication skills including the ability to share and apply feedback, resolve conflicts, and create unity in project or team environments
Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to interact positively and professionally while working with others, operating as an ambassador of CBN’s values, mission, and goals in all settings and circumstances
Self-motivated with ability to work independently and well as be an effective member of a team
Knowledge of the Bible and the ability to pray concise, scripture-based prayers
Excellent ability to maintain confidentiality and safeguard sensitive information per department protocols
Strong demonstration of personal accountability and self-awareness, continually seeking ways to improve and innovate performance and contribution
Preferred
Learning Management System (LMS) administration experience and knowledge
Bachelor’s degree in education, psychology, communication, or similar
