Responsibilities

Be the go-to person for Arootah’s database of Executive and Leadership Coaches, maintaining mutually positive coach relationships

Grow Arootah’s Executive Coaching database by recruiting and hiring the top Executive Coaches in the industry

Monitor coach satisfaction with feedback surveys, and when needed, draw up actionable improvement plans

Become an expert on Arootah’s Suite of Tools, Coaching Processes, and Coaching Platform

Host trainings and office hours for both our internal team and contracted Coaches to ensure that all team members are trained in our coaching processes, best practices, and suite of tools.

Facilitate Arootah’s Immersion Workshop for Executive Coaching Clients

Consult with our Sales team to create and deliver effective B2B Coaching Pitches

Collaborate with Arootah’s customer success team to support coach-client matching and ensure the successful delivery of our coaching and leadership development training programs

Participate in remote team meetings

Maintain and share detailed and accurate records of coaching results (themes, challenges, breakthroughs, etc.)
