Responsibilities

Handle the books for around 8 different companies

Provide weekly financial reports

Must have very thorough QuickBooks knowledge

Must have very good Excel knowledge

Ideally must have some US tax experience.

Must be very thorough and detail-oriented. Must be able to classify all transactions, generate balance sheet, P&L and cashflow statements.

Must know accrual accounting and cash based.

Must be able to collect multiple data points from our systems to generate financial reports.

The payroll system that's used is Gusto. Approximately 80 US-based individuals.

It needs to overlap about 3-4 hours per weekday to PST Business Hours. Mondays are the heaviest days for this work.
