Responsibilities
Work with AM/HIGCEM to identify key areas of growth and the resources needed to achieve growth.
Meet or exceed key performance indicators and provide ongoing quantitative support for management to assess performance. Monitor indicators for reorganization of workloads across account segments and proactively execute timelines for new hires. Proactively present a monthly report of summary performance to HIGCEM.
Work with AssetSure Leadership Team comprised of Practice Leaders, Sales & Marketing and Operations Leaders (“ALT”) to advocate for the agency-wide use of the systems to increase efficacy, identify areas for improvement, initiating procedural changes, hire and train team members in accordance with the standards and culture of the HIGC. Promote consistency in meeting service standards, exercising a disciplined and iterative approach to agency protocols and workflows.
Promote consistent execution of marketing and communication strategy to clients, insurance companies and wholesale brokerages and other industry groups.
Identify growth opportunities, both organic and acquisitive, and present them to AM/HIGCEM with prospective quantitative support.
Liaise with COI & ALT in prospecting and retention of accounts.
Maintain current knowledge of compliance, regulations, and errors & omissions best practices. Work with ALT to promote ongoing development of specific subject matter expertise among staff through continuing education classwork and designations.
Build and maintain positive working relationships with HIGC staff. Inspire and motivate through interpersonal skills.
Maintain consistent weekly team meetings with the primary agenda items of compliance, governance, and brand pillars. Continuously re-direct focus of team members to work with business development to deliver to clients a concierge level of service while combining a holistic approach and industry expertise.

Required
Bachelor’s degree.
Property & Casualty Producer License.
Minimum 6 years Property & Casualty experience with at least 5 years’ agency experience.
Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding goals.
Demonstrates professional and collaborative interaction with executive level management.
Superior written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Willingness and availability to travel.
Preferred
A professional designation or master’s degree.
