Responsibilities
• Agent Recruitment: Identify, recruit, and onboard new merchant agents to build a motivated and high-performing sales team.
• ISO Development: Establish and nurture partnerships with ISO offices to drive sales and expand market presence.
• Relationship Management: Cultivate long-term relationships with agents and ISOs to promote sales growth and satisfaction.
• Market Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Sales Enablement: Equip agents and ISOs with the training, tools, and support they need to succeed.
• Performance Tracking: Set measurable goals and monitor the performance of agents and ISOs, offering feedback and guidance to ensure success.

Required
Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the merchant processing or financial services industry.
Strong knowledge of payment processing solutions and industry trends.
Demonstrated success in recruiting and managing sales teams or ISO partnerships.
Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
A self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting systems is a plus.
