Responsibilities
Lead the creative development and execution of brand identity systems across diverse industries and touchpoints, ensuring alignment with client goals.
Serve as a strategic partner to clients, building trust and translating complex brand challenges into impactful visual solutions.
Inspire and manage a multidisciplinary team of designers, fostering an environment of collaboration and creative excellence.
Oversee all phases of the design process, from concept to delivery, ensuring the highest standards of quality and innovation.
Stay ahead of emerging design trends and technologies, leveraging insights to position Dentsu Creative as an industry leader.
Collaborate cross-functionally with account, strategy, and production teams to ensure seamless integration of brand identity across platforms.

Required
10–15 years of experience in design leadership, with a focus on branding and identity.
Proven track record of creating award-winning brand systems and visual identities.
Exceptional design portfolio showcasing strategic, conceptual, and executional expertise.
Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to mentor and inspire creative talent.
Deep knowledge of design principles, typography, and digital design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.).
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence clients and internal stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
