Consultative Support: Provide actionable insights and guidance to help partners drive revenue growth.
Performance Management: Conduct regular reviews to celebrate successes and identify areas for improvement.
Collaboration: Work with internal teams, such as marketing and operations, to deliver seamless partner support.
Market Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategy.
Reporting: Share sales performance updates, forecasts, and partner engagement metrics with senior leadership.
Innovation: Identify and execute innovative sales strategies to exceed company objectives.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
5+ years of experience in sales leadership within the merchant processing or payments industry
Proven success in managing and growing partner relationships
In-depth knowledge of payment processing technologies and industry trends
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strategic mindset with the ability to execute plans effectively
Consistent track record of exceeding sales targets
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
