Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement integration solutions for various HCM platforms, ensuring seamless data flow between systems.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum 5+ years in integration architecture and development.

Proven experience with any HCM suite (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, etc.).

Hands-on expertise in API design, web services (SOAP/REST), and middleware tools.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in integration platforms like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or similar tools.

Knowledge of cloud-based integrations and SaaS solutions.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
