Responsibilities

Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews
Coach team members on Agile principles and best practices
Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, architects, and developers to ensure successful project delivery
Remove impediments and resolve conflicts to help the team focus on their work
Track and communicate team progress and metrics
Ensure the team adheres to Scrum practices and maintains a focus on continuous improvement
Foster a collaborative and positive team environment
Assist in backlog grooming and prioritization with product owners
Support the broader organization in understanding and adopting Agile methodologies

Required

U.S. Citizenship is required in addition to the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Secret Clearance
5+ years experience as an Agile Scrum Master, or Kanban Service Delivery Manager (SDM) in software development environments
3+ years experience managing large projects with multiple Scrum and Agile Teams
Advanced knowledge of Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies
Advanced knowledge of Agile Project Management Tools, like Jira
Professional Scrum Master (PSM) Level 2
Demonstrated ability to use data to drive decision-making
Excellent interpersonal, project management, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills, leadership competencies, and a high level of emotional intelligence
Experience working in a multi-team environment

Preferred

Scrum Master with PSM3 certification or, want to get it
