Responsibilities
Analyze and understand business requirements to translate them into technical solutions.
Configure and implement WMS and Blue Yonder systems to meet business requirements, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and warehouse operations.
Customize WMS solutions based on client needs and industry best practices.
Develop and maintain WMS integrations with other systems such as ERP, TMS, and third-party applications.
Analyze business processes and translate them into functional requirements for the WMS.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document system requirements and workflows.
Oversee testing phases, integration and manage deployment processes; testing & integration in multidisciplinary systems (multidisciplinary environment) including debugging, functional & non-functional testing, regression testing, and load testing.
Coordinate and manage project activities to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Provide technical and functional guidance on Blue Yonder/WMS (v8.2) systems, integrating with warehouse control systems.

Required
Solid experience in Supply Chain, Supply Chain IT, or relevant business experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Blue Yonder WMS or similar warehouse management systems.
Proven experience in both technical configuration and functional analysis of WMS solutions.
Proficiency in end-to-end supply chain processes, including strong business insight into Distribution/Logistics and Warehouse Management Systems.
Blue Yonder Expertise: demonstrated experience as a WMS techno-functional consultant; Blue Yonder/WMS (v8.2) is a must.
Proficiency in Blue Yonder WMS configuration and customization.
Experience with integration technologies and tools (e.g, APIs, EDI).
Strong understanding of WMS modules including inventory management, order processing, and warehouse operations.
In-depth knowledge of warehouse management best practices and supply chain processes.
Ability to translate business requirements into functional system designs and workflows.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Preferred
Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
