Responsibilities

Define what being a Partner Sales Leader means
Become a key anchor of the TrustLayer Partner team
Articulate the vision for the company
Generate interest in our partnership program and product through insurance Producers and Carriers
Generate new business opportunities through leveraging our network, emailing, and prospecting into a specifically targeted database of Brokers and Carriers
Conduct follow-up calls, following a defined sales process whilst allowing for experimenting over time to expand leads and velocity
Serve as the main point of contact on enterprise accounts
Create a network within a defined set of brokerages penetrating producers, account executives and account managers to deepen those relationships over time and develop trust and confidence in continuous expansion
Work closely with the Marketing team to develop materials to drive brokers to create more opportunities for TrustLayer
Work directly with many of the top executives at the largest insurance brokers and carriers in the country
Create, set, and execute account penetration strategy for corporate accounts
Work directly with Sales AEs on engaging broker producers on the ground

Required

Can create, set, and execute account penetration strategy for corporate accounts and work directly with Sales AEs on engaging broker producers on the ground
You have experience building partnership initiatives
Have 3-5 years of sales or prospecting experience
Are interested in building an external sales team and working strategically at expanding strategic relationships
You have experience as a salesperson at an insurtech, insurance brokerage or carrier
You have worked with a venture backed startup before
Are highly organized and have strong time management skills
