Responsibilities
Creating, customizing, and optimizing Seismic features to meet the needs of our sales teams.
Enhancing user experience, optimizing workflows, and ensuring seamless access to personalized content and resources.

Required
Experience in features like Advance search, integration capabilities preferably with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), Content management, personalization.
Experience with data analytics tools to assess content engagement and effectiveness.
Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and drive initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
3+ years of experience working with Seismic or similar sales enablement platforms.
Strong understanding of sales processes and content management strategies.
Preferred
AI integration knowledge is a plus.
Experience in user experience (UX) design or workflow optimization is a plus.
