Responsibilities

Manage a team of Microsoft experts for Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, C# on projects involving customization, system integration, and enhancements.
Lead large-scale projects, including system integration, customization, and stakeholder management.
Drive business process optimization and innovation to solve complex problems.
Apply best practices in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.
Lead multi-site, enterprise-level implementations.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring successful engagements.
Mentor teams to foster collaboration and innovation.
Liaison between technical team and client
Collaborate with onshore/ offshore teams to ensure global delivery excellence.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in project management, business, or related fields.
10+ years in IT, including 6+ years in project management with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform and C#.
Proven experience in healthcare, insurance, and logistics projects.
Experience in account management and client engagement.
5+ years managing project scope, timelines, and delivery.
PMI, PMP, or similar certification.

Preferred

Preferably located in Chicagoland.
