Responsibilities

Perform advanced quantitative and economic analysis of energy and environmental markets, using commercial power markets modeling tools.
Collaborate with team to develop and enhance ICF proprietary models and databases.
Evaluate the impact of power market trends and regulations and support the development of client strategies.
Be responsible for performing analysis for private and public sector client deliverables.
Support sales and client development efforts with market research, proposal development and thought leadership.
Demonstrate strong project management skills.
The ability to work with and understand power systems concepts, while also being able to communicate them to non-technical personnel.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Energy/Environment Policy, Economics, Mathematics, Business, Systems Engineering, or related quantitative focused subject
1 year experience in the following areas: Knowledge of the energy policy landscape in the U.S. and power systems concepts
Microsoft Office data processing (MS Excel) and analytical use

Preferred

Master’s degree in Energy/Environment Policy, Economics, Mathematics, Business, Systems Engineering, or related quantitative focused subject
Advanced knowledge and understanding of the energy policy landscape in the U.S. and power systems concepts.
