Responsibilities

Provide technical expertise in one or more information technology disciplines to support the organization's technical infrastructure.
Form productive relationships with internal and external customers by listening, clarifying, and responding effectively
Troubleshoot most Radiology application problems independently and assists with analyst level escalations
Mentor other associates on the team
Contribute to the development of project plans, identifies key milestones, and raises critical project issues such as resource needs and contingencies.
Develop and present internal & external documentation to be utilized by the team and clinical associates
Build new test and production environments as well as generate any ad-hoc reporting as required

Required

Leadership experience in the Radiology PACS and imaging space
Technical expertise in one or more information technology disciplines to support the organization's technical infrastructure
Ability to form productive relationships with internal and external customers by listening, clarifying, and responding effectively
Ability to troubleshoot most Radiology application problems independently and assist with analyst level escalations
Ability to mentor other associates on the team
Ability to contribute to the development of project plans, identify key milestones, and raise critical project issues such as resource needs and contingencies
Ability to develop and present internal & external documentation to be utilized by the team and clinical associates
Ability to build new test and production environments as well as generate any ad-hoc reporting as required
Extensive hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge of Change Healthcare Radiology PACS, GE Centricity PACS, Fuji Synapse PACS, GE Viewpoint, TeraRecon, Rapid, DynaCAD, and other ancillary Radiology applications
Knowledge and skill sets for supported platforms/products and environments that support the clinical imaging space
Experience with collaboration with both internal and external resource partners
Experience with customer requirements and the impact on the technical direction of a solution
Experience with application upgrades in an agile environment

Bachelor’s degree preferred
