Responsibilities
Accurately database paper sign-in sheets from various programs into our online speaker bureau system.
Thoroughly verify the information provided by attendees on sign-in sheets.
Conduct calls to restaurants to obtain food & beverage receipts for held programs and subsequently upload these receipts into our system.
Display proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for data entry and email correspondence.
Demonstrate 10 Key Skills to perform calculations and organize files effectively.
Exhibit strong customer service skills by resolving customer inquiries promptly and efficiently.
Scan and digitize documents as part of the data entry process.
Maintain accurate customer credit records and monitor customer accounts.

Required
Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role is essential
Proficiency in 10 Key Skills is required
Excellent Customer Service skills are mandatory
