Responsibilities
Develop and implement financial processes and infrastructure to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of clients' financial operations
Review client financials and prepare FP&A reports to provide clients with insight into their financial performance
Build and maintain financial models and KPI dashboards for budgeting, forecasting, scenario analysis, and performance management
Lead high-impact financial and operational projects for early-stage ClimateTech clients
Support equity and debt capital-raising efforts, including venture capital, venture debt, and equipment/capex financing
Help manage client’s investor relations, including preparing financial statements and updates for investors, and supporting the preparation and coordination of materials for board meetings
Collaborate and manage relationships with clients to deliver strategic insights, aid decision-making, and drive client engagement
Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and adaptable remote work environment, contributing to a culture of excellence and innovation.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
3–6 years of experience in FP&A, accounting, investing or related roles (1-2+ years of startup experience preferred)
Strong experience in Excel/Google Sheets including financial modeling and scenario analysis
Working knowledge of GAAP accounting rules
Solid understanding of startup financial metrics and KPIs
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Ability to manage competing priorities across client contexts
Client-facing experience and relationship-building skills
Commitment to sustainability and driving planetary impact
Preferred
1-2+ years of startup experience preferred
