Responsibilities
Tasked with securing small and mid-cap clients, being their liaison through the onboarding process, then securing additional clients as we market to scale.
Liaise with the executive leadership team as well as the head of software development to ensure market fit and value add for customers.
Develop business plans and proforma analysis for construction projects which can range from $500K to $1 billion.
Negotiate and finalize contracts that result in revenue generation within the markets we serve.

Required
Experience in business development or related field.
Proven track record of completing or collaborating on multiple green-certified projects.
Extensive network of general contractors and decision makers.
Understanding of the green certification process and circular economy of waste.
Ability to analyze market strategies and requirements for financial growth and feasibility.
Negotiation skills to finalize contracts that result in revenue generation.
Experience in developing business plans and proforma analysis for construction projects ranging from $500K to $1 billion.
Ability to liaise with executive leadership and software development teams.
Preferred
Candidates within the eastern or central time zones.
