Responsibilities
Provide technical support for multiple veterinary practice management systems including AVImark, Cornerstone, ezyVet, and integrations.
Troubleshoot and resolve software issues, system integrations, and user inquiries in a timely manner.
Collaborate with veterinary staff to understand and address software-related challenges.
Participate in software upgrades, migrations, and testing to ensure smooth operation of all systems.
Assist in training veterinary staff on software usage and best practices.
Develop knowledge articles for ServiceNow, as well as internal support documentation across the Applications & Products team.
Promote a client-centric culture and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
Assist with technology projects such as software usage assessments and upgrades.
May be asked to travel on occasion for in-person team meetings (10%)

Required
Previous experience supporting veterinary practice management systems, such as AVImark, Cornerstone, and ezyVet.
Proficiency in troubleshooting software issues and system integrations.
Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with software testing and documentation practices.
Availability to work remotely and flexible hours as needed.
Experience working with end users (clients) to resolve their support issues.
Familiarity with ticket management systems (especially ServiceNow).
Ability to work flexible shifts including some nights and weekends.
