Responsibilities
Oversee the design, engineering, and implementation of PBGC’s complex IT infrastructure systems.
Lead and manage IT infrastructure engineering projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
Provide high-quality oral and written communication on IT infrastructure engineering topics to facilitate clear and effective stakeholder understanding.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure infrastructure integrity, security, and performance.
Guide the development of strategic infrastructure plans and initiatives to meet future organizational requirements.

Required
ITIL® Foundation or Practitioner v.4 certification
DevSecOps FoundationSM certification from the DevOps Institute
Preferred
15+ years of progressively responsible experience in IT engineering or IT operations.
Proven experience managing IT infrastructure engineering in large, complex environments of similar scope.
Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
Extensive experience managing the engineering of IT infrastructure for broad, complex environments.
Proven track record in providing clear, high-quality communication to support infrastructure engineering projects and strategies.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills relevant to IT infrastructure engineering.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with teams and stakeholders across the organization.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills for complex infrastructure engineering challenges.
