Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to promote our AI automation platform to mid-market banks
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the banking sector
Demonstrate the value proposition of our platform in enhancing existing loan origination systems
Collaborate with our product and engineering teams to align our solution with client needs
Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently
Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline, and market trends

Required
Proven track record in B2B software sales, preferably in the banking or fintech sector
In-depth understanding of loan origination processes and systems
Strong knowledge of AI and automation technologies and their applications in banking
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and build consensus among multiple stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Preferred
Experience selling to mid-market banks
Familiarity with loan origination systems like Encompass, nCino, Temenos, or Meridian
Understanding of regulatory compliance in the banking industry
Track record of closing deals with 6-7 figure contract values
Proven ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
