Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for the Rental Team, professionally handling inbound calls, emails, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently to ensure client satisfaction
Provide prompt and accurate responses via phone and email to insured individuals and agents, clarifying policy details, addressing concerns, and offering guidance on coverage and procedures
Maintain organized and up-to-date records, including electronic and physical files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Manage endorsement requests efficiently by analyzing and processing policy changes, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining alignment with underwriting guidelines
Accurately handle bind requests as needed, including the preparation and distribution of binders, ID cards, and certificates

Required
Associates Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, or related field. Or extended years of insurance experience can substitute for lack of degree
Must have experience with MS Office applications including Word, Teams, and Excel
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment and take appropriate actions
