Responsibilities

Lead, manage and mentor the R&D team

Manage global outages and issues

Collaborate with business department leadership on large initiatives

Ensure technology standards and best practices are followed

Represent Constellation1 at corporate client events as needed

Develop strategy and roadmap for Technology along with engineering managers

Work with stakeholders to ensure core platforms meet expected performance and uptime

Create a strong tech org structure that can support business leaders at various levels

Manage cost reductions through vendor, personnel and other costs

Hire, develop, evaluate, reward, and retain a highly qualified R&D and IT team

Foster a culture of innovation, transparency, and accountability in R&D

Manage and monitor IT operational budgets

Establish metrics for managing R&D effectiveness

Focus on platform stability, scalability and growth

Work with GM on new acquisition ventures
