Responsibilities

Own product listings, inventory control / out of stocks and coordinate with senior management to plan inventory efficiently.
Build out a team of VAs as needed to assist in listing management, data analysis and content creation
Establish and manage third-party relationships for creative content creation
Analyze ASIN / SKU level data (sales, conversion rate, sessions, costs, etc.) to determine why certain products are trending up or down; clearly articulate observations and propose strategies for troubleshooting.
Oversee Amazon order management process, holding internal and external teams accountable for efficient operations and minimized chargebacks with Amazon.
Maintain E-Commerce KPI goals and regularly report on performance against KPI goals.
Define, manage and execute ongoing digital content planning and calendar: plan marketing activities, promotions, new product launches and other activities necessary to support the brand(s) online.
Support content needs across Amazon, Retail dotcoms and DTC, optimizing content for best-in-class performance - including enhanced branded content / A+ Pages on Amazon as well as optimize our online Amazon Store
Coordinate with Chief Revenue Officer, brand experience or outside resources for content creation, providing direction on needs; ensure content (copy/image/video assets) is on brand and optimal for digital performance.
Monitor competitive activity, review digital touch points, propose action plans and identify opportunities for sales growth.

Required

Bachelor’s Degree in marketing / communications / digital / business / media
Minimum 5+ years of experience in E-Commerce/digital marketing
Minimum 5+ years of experience with Amazon Vendor Central/Amazon Seller Central
Minimum 5+ years of experience with Shopify
Knowledge of Google Analytics and advanced use of Excel, strong analytical skills
Knowledge of Email Marketing
Excellent project management skills, organized.
Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to work in a team environment and manage cross-functional teams
Extreme attention to detail, excellent follow-through skills and time-management skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize and problem solve in a deadline-driven environment
Passion for all things digital
