Responsibilities

Overall system administration

Developing and maintaining the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and related business systems

Maintaining the latest maintenance levels for multiple environments for production, test and development

Lead upgrades, patching, installation and troubleshooting efforts for the team

Accountable for overall administration of the ERP system and the coordination of teams in support of changes to the system

Function at a high technical and analytical level in support of customers

Serve as a leader on the team for other analysts

Conduct oneself with a high level of customer service and professionalism

Work on simultaneous projects and tasks

Lead projects

Serve as a mentor to other members of the team
