Responsibilities
Participates in the full recruitment life cycle
Manages communication with all applicants and candidates in the selection process and provides a positive candidate experience; ensures the integrity of Mark Thomas recruiting practices.
Sources and identifies passive candidates by using online tools and unique sourcing techniques.
Creates and recommends strategies to build pipelines through sourcing, referrals, research, and events in communities across California and in our emerging markets.
Assists the Sr Talent Acquisition Specialist with the college recruiting strategy; coordinates and staffs on-campus recruiting events.
Effectively communicates with internal partners/stakeholders to ensure all are informed on candidate and requisition status and progress as necessary.
Schedules interviews, conducts wrap calls, and tracks recruiting metrics.
Focuses on inclusive recruiting practices.
Performs routine administrative tasks within the scope of work.
Participates in recruiting projects and initiatives.

Required
2-3+ years of focused, high volume recruiting experience.
At least 2 years of experience in heavy and creative sourcing with proficient knowledge and practical use of digital recruiting tools.
Knowledge and understanding of the unique culture of Mark Thomas to effectively market to prospective colleagues.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Understands the basic principles of full lifecycle recruiting.
Must be organized and possess the ability to manage competing responsibilities simultaneously.
Ability to develop and maintain relationships with candidates and business partners at all professional levels.
Ambitious, competitive, and tenacious self-starter with the ability to exercise independent judgement regularly.
Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with a variety of unique and diverse people and personalities.
ATS experience required.
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, HR or Recruiting-related discipline preferred.
Professional Services industry experience preferred; A/E/C experience strongly preferred.
Proficient in MS Office and Teams a plus.
