Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and implementation of J2EE applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define technical specifications.
Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in J2EE development.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Experience in J2EE development.
Experience in leading development teams and projects.
Strong knowledge of Java, JSP, Servlets, EJB, and other J2EE technologies.
Experience with frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.
Experience with web services (REST/SOAP) and API development.
Understanding of database technologies (SQL, Oracle, etc.).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Required Security clearance.
Preferred
Federal Experience is a plus.
