Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the customer base and achieve sales goals
Lead and motivate the inside sales team to meet and exceed performance targets
Conduct warm calling and telemarketing activities to generate leads and close sales
Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective campaigns that drive sales
Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to enhance the team's sales skills
Monitor sales metrics and analyze data to optimize performance and identify areas for improvement

Required
Proven experience in inside sales, business development, or related field
Strong understanding of technical sales and technology products/services
Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus
Ability to lead a team effectively and drive results through motivation and coaching
Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and building client relationships
