Responsibilities
Administering credit policies, invoicing, cash posting, collection receivables, and resolving client disputes.
Establish and maintain client vendor credentialing accounts.
Perform weekly and daily invoicing to Clients.
Review customer AR accounts to ensure balances are valid and up to date.
Establish and maintain collection processes and cross-train.
Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, according to company policy and generally accepted accounting practices.
Establish and maintain client relationships.
Upload customer invoices to Vendor payment portals as needed.
Participation in and contribution to teamwork within the organization is required.
