Responsibilities
Curate and maintain a solid pipeline of active and pending business
Source and identify potential customers through networking initiatives, cold-calling, and email communications
Work cross-functionally with support teams to prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential and existing customers
Prepare regular sales reports as well as territory plans
Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner to maintain customer loyalty.
Expanding industry knowledge by attending educational workshops and reading professional publications.
Established ability to maintain long term client relationships.
Responsible for receiving customer referrals and client testimonials.
Maintain an accurate and up to date CRM system at all times.
Performs other duties as assigned

Required
5+ years of experience in new business sales within the advertising industry
2+ Digital Media experience highly preferred (Programmatic, CTV/OTT, Audio, DOOH, etc)
Demonstrate exceptional organizational, problem solving, and customer service skills
Excellent internal communication within all departments
Possess and demonstrate the company Core Values
Proven track record of achieving (or exceeding!) sales quotas
Ability to travel for client and internal meetings as needed
