Responsibilities

Customer Support: Respond to all customer inquiries via phone and email regarding product information, placing orders, and solving any customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Order Management: Process and manage customer orders accurately using Shopify, ensuring prompt fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Event Planning Support: Collaborate on planning and coordination of brand-related events and other customer engagement activities as needed.
Sales Team Assistance: Support our sales representatives by providing them with the necessary product information, order details, and customer insights.
Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to customers, enhancing their skincare experience and boosting company sales.
CRM Management: Utilize HubSpot to track customer interactions, record orders, maintain customer records, and ensure follow-up on customer needs.
Product Expertise: Stay updated on the latest FACTORFIVE Skincare products, ingredients, and treatments to provide knowledgeable advice and recommendations to customers.
Customer Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, ensuring a positive experience from initial contact to post-purchase support.
1099 Support: Manage all paperwork related to 1099 sales representatives, Ambassadors, and Influencers, including tracking sales and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

Required

Experience in Customer Service: 2+ years of customer service experience, ideally within the skincare or beauty industry.
Familiarity with HubSpot and Shopify: Must be comfortable using CRM software (HubSpot) and e-commerce platforms (Shopify) for order processing and customer management.
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex skincare concepts in a customer-friendly way.
Sales-Oriented Mindset: Proven ability to upsell products and close sales with a focus on providing value to the customer.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and ensure customer issues are resolved promptly.
Administrative Duties: Some administrative duties, such as providing reports and maintaining records, will be required.

Preferred

Aesthetician License Preferred: Deep understanding of skincare treatments, products, and the needs of our target audience.
Event Planning Experience: Experience in event planning or coordination, preferably in a customer-facing or beauty industry role.
