Responsibilities
Execution of Partner Integrations: Assist third-party technology partners in building and deploying integrations within our platform.
Onboarding and Support: Provide technical onboarding to partners and offer continuous support to ensure smooth integration processes.
Manage Integration Environments: Develop, manage, and maintain the environments and infrastructure needed for third-party integrations, ensuring scalability and performance.
Certification and Compliance: Support and run technical certifications of third-party integrations, guiding partners through the process and ensuring compliance with our standards.
Collaboration with Architect: Work alongside the Tech Alliances Architect to implement the infrastructure required for partner integrations, executing on defined architectures and strategies.
Optimize Tools and Processes: Continuously improve tools, workflows, and processes to make integration development and support more efficient for both internal teams and partners.
Drive Partner Enablement: Help scale our partner ecosystem by creating and managing developer kits, resources, and self-service tools for third-party developers.
Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution: Resolve any technical issues that arise during the integration lifecycle, ensuring timely and efficient problem-solving.

Required
3+ years of engineering experience with a focus on integration technologies and ISV partnership in the cyber security domain.
Experience may include any of the following roles; DevOps, Development, Solution Engineering, IT Infrastructure or Support.
Strong knowledge of integration tools, APIs, cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, etc.), and CI/CD pipelines.
Track record of successful execution in technical projects, with a strong focus on enabling partners to build integrations, including building the infrastructure and providing support.
Ability to diagnose issues with integrations and provide actionable solutions efficiently.
Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and partners.
Comfortable working in cross-functional teams with architects, product managers, and third-party developers.
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Experience guiding and executing technical certifications for partner solutions is a plus.
