Responsibilities
Administer, configure, and maintain the Workday HRIS platform, ensuring data accuracy and system efficiency.
Develop, generate, and analyze HR reports and dashboards using Workday's reporting tools to support decision-making.
Identify areas for process improvement within the HRIS, leveraging system capabilities to automate processes and improve overall HR operations.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data across the system, conducting regular audits and data validation checks.
Provide technical support and training to HR team members and end users on Workday functionalities and best practices.
Ensure the HRIS complies with relevant data protection regulations and organizational policies, maintaining the confidentiality and security of employee data.
Participate in or lead HRIS-related projects, including semi-annual system updates, new module implementation, and process improvement initiatives.
Serve as the subject matter expert and primary contact for Workday questions and issues.
Prioritize and elevate issues to external Workday support providers and internal IT technical support.
Work closely with HR, IT, Payroll, and other departments to ensure seamless integration of Workday with other business systems and processes.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience as an HRIS Analyst or in a similar role, with previous implementation involvement and administrative experience in Workday.
Experience with system integrations, particularly with Workday and other HR/Payroll systems.
Knowledge of data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and how they impact HR systems.
Strong Understanding of HR processes, workflows, and data management
Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with various stakeholders and translate technical information into user-friendly language
