Responsibilities
Source talent: Use your expertise to identify, engage, and headhunt top-notch sales professionals through recruiting channels, specifically LinkedIn.
Conduct high-volume recruiting: Scout high-potential candidates utilizing tools such as LinkedIn InMails, phone calls, and emails to spark interest and schedule interviews.
Screen and qualify candidates: Source resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess whether candidates are the right fit for our sales roles.
Maintain a robust talent pipeline: Continuously build and manage a pipeline of qualified candidates, ensuring a steady flow of talent for current and future hiring needs.
Track and report: Use our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate interactions, track sourcing activity, and provide consistent updates to the hiring team.

Required
One year (minimum) of proven headhunting experience through LinkedIn
Previous experience in high-volume recruitment of sales representatives is preferred
Confidence in actively engaging candidates, with a focus on building relationships and quickly sparking interest—alpha personalities highly preferred for this reason

The ability to thrive and produce results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
