Responsibilities

Drive AI/ML and HPC sales, actively seeking new opportunities and building the pipeline in assigned specialty areas.
Expand and enhance existing accounts, positioning our products and services strategically within client accounts.
Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients, understanding their unique business needs.
Develop proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Engage with clients at all levels, including C-level executives, and support complex solutions in smaller accounts.
Manage contract renewals in medium-complexity accounts to ensure high renewal rates and increased contract values.

Required

Minimum of 5+ years of sales experience, particularly within the Hyper Scale and Co-Location sectors.
Proven success in achieving high sales quotas.
Experience in HPC/AI solution sales is required.
Strong understanding of products, solutions, and services, including competitors’ offerings.
Knowledge of industry and market segments, integrating this understanding into consultative sales.
Effectively communicate the added business value of technical solutions, navigating through complex deals.
Skillful in proposing comprehensive system or service solutions to clients in collaboration with account teams.
Ability to manage a sale from proposal to close, with a focus on building long-term relationships.
Develop effective sales plans with our partners to increase market share and drive sales.
Accountability, active learning, creativity, empathy, critical thinking, and a growth mindset.
Ability to identify sales opportunities, communicate with empathy, and apply long-term planning to drive results.
Strong client-facing abilities, with a focus on building consultative relationships and fostering a high-quality customer experience.

Preferred

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or a related field preferred.
