Responsibilities
Responsible for orchestration of NextGen Program activities and monitoring the program’s contractual performance in support of the Program Governance and Administration lead.
Review and interpret complex requirements, conduct related research, spot anomalies, prioritize actions within realm of responsibility, synthesize disparate information sources to extract relevance and alert decision makers to significance and/or needed action.
Responsible for coordination of NextGen Program activities and monitoring the program’s contractual performance in support of the NextGen Program Governance Manager.

Required
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
Three (3) years of progressively responsible related experience including strong data entry, calendar management, document, and financial administration skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to coordinate meetings and events, and proficiency using technology such as Microsoft (MS) Excel.
Proficient in using computers and skilled in using Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Suite products.
Knowledge of MS Excel is required.
Must be extremely detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
The incumbent must possess a driver’s license, as the role involves traveling to meetings and project sites both on and off campus.
If operating a state vehicle, the incumbent must possess a valid MD Class C driver’s license or an equivalent with fewer than six (6) points.
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Math, Economics, Contract Management, or a related subject.
Experience with Public-Private Partnerships.
Contract management experience.
