Responsibilities
Responsible for sales and account support, ensuring orders are reviewed within the SLA, accurate, fully executed (contractually), delivered on time, and meet customer expectations.
Manage a Queue of orders in different stages of the fulfillment process using Salesforce CRM.
Understand the meaning, importance, and actions required for each stage of the fulfillment cycle. Be accountable for properly managing the Queue.
Manage incoming sales inquiries from the Sales Executives and Field Service Teams finding answers and solutions for customer requests or installation issues. Prioritizing urgent and critical issues/requests.
Stay in constant communication on open orders with cross-functional teams ensuring orders are on target for desired delivery and installation dates.
Work closely with the Manufacturing, Production, Procurement, and Logistics departments to understand their ability to support target shipping dates while working through inventory, shortage, or supply chain issues.
Performs daily follow-up of orders ensuring technical, financial, legal, and compliance reviews are completed on time; expedites orders for placement into production while gathering required components before releasing shipment.
Assist with customer requests for vendor setup, product marketing information and/or compliance regulatory certifications.
Maintain Customer Accounts in CRM, facilitate unique customer requirements, understand unique jurisdictional requirements, and keep contact information current.
Become a subject matter expert on Everi’s extensive Product Catalog and customer offerings, including specials and current pricing.
Lead meetings with several stakeholders to ensure a New Opening is coordinated well prior to delivery.

Required
The candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of prior order management, or order fulfillment within a Sales organization experience. No exceptions.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Excellent communication skills both in presenting and in writing.
Experience using a CRM system, Salesforce preferred.
Preferred
Extensive order management experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
Demonstrated proficiency using tools, including Agile, NAV, and JIRA.
Demonstrated ability to create presentations and written communications.
