Responsibilities
Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to gather user requirements and design unique solutions.
Design, develop, and implement responsive, intuitive, and accessible front-end applications on the Workday Extend platform, along with back-end development to facilitate process flows and automation.
Create high-quality user interfaces and user experiences that align with best practices and modern design principles.
Drive iterative testing based on feedback and data-driven insights.

Required
Proficiency in coding languages (java, javascript, python, etc)
Experience creating functional and user-friendly interfaces
Experience creating back-end automations to facilitate user-driven processes

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to work with diverse stakeholders
A creative thinker who can troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges
