Responsibilities
Conduct end-user training for EHR applications
Support EHR education initiatives across the Ministry
Ensure Mercy values are reflected in all aspects of the departments operations

Required
High School Diploma or GED.
Work experience in an adult training environment or other EHR experience
Epic Certified status within three months of employment and achievement of Mercys Presentation Skills.
Ability to travel to support implementation training.
Good project management skills.
Analytical skills with the ability to identify complex problems and develop solutions.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work flexible hours to complete business needs.
Preferred
Bachelors Degree
2 years work experience in an adult training environment and/or in a healthcare setting. Developing training curriculum and/or computer training.
