Responsibilities
Conducting end-user training for EHR applications
Supporting EHR education initiatives across the Ministry
Ensuring Mercy values are reflected in all aspects of the departments operations
Performing duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, guiding principles, and Mercy Service Standards.

Required
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to work from home within the Mercy Ministry (Missouri, Arkansas, Oklahoma)
Work experience in an adult training environment or other EHR experience
Epic Certified status within three months of employment and achievement of Mercy's Presentation Skills
Ability to travel to support implementation training
Good project management skills
Analytical skills with the ability to identify complex problems and develop solutions
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours to complete business needs
Preferred
Bachelors Degree
2 years work experience in an adult training environment and/or in a healthcare setting
Developing training curriculum and/or computer training
